NEW YORK – October 14, 2021 – ߲ݴý kicks off Coldplay’s international tour announcement today with a nationwide audio roadblock and exclusive interviews across more than 150 Hot Adult Contemporary (Hot AC), Alternative Rock (Alt), and Contemporary Hit Music (CHR) broadcast stations nationwide and digitally on the iHeartRadio app, and a week-long national flyaway launching October 25 offering fans the chance to win an exclusive trip to one of the US tour dates.

The iHeartRadio Album Release Party will commence with a music-to-light show in partnership with the Empire State Building featuring the band’s collaboration with BTS “My Universe,” simulcasted across New York’s Z100 and available on the iHeartRadio app at 8:55 p.m. ET. The Empire State Building, which celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2021, serves as the New York City broadcast tower for ߲ݴý. The music-to-light spectacular will feature choreography of thousands of LED lights at the top of the famous tower through the wizardry of Marc Brickman and his Tactical Manouevre design collective team.

iHeartRadio stations began teasing the tour announcement on Oct. 13. Kicking off October 25, the week-long national flyaway contest offers two lucky winners the opportunity to be flown to one of the band’s US tour dates to become the center of Coldplay’s “universe” for the night. The band will personally call the lucky winners to welcome them to the show, and once there winners will receive a VIP experience including premium seats, photos from the stage, autographed drum sticks from the set that night and more.
